DATA CONTROLS

How we handle your data

We handle privacy requests with a simple rule: collect only what the account needs, keep it secure, and make correction or deletion requests easy to send.

Collection scope

We collect the details you enter at sign-up, plus device and browser signals, so we can run the account, verify requests and keep a trace of support actions. We avoid gathering extra fields that do not serve those tasks.

Cookie use

Cookies help remember login state, language choice and session security. We also use them to spot unusual activity and to keep forms from resetting while you move through the site. You can clear them in your browser at any time.

Payment records

When you add or withdraw money with UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or Google Pay, the transaction reference may sit with your profile for reconciliation, fraud checks and support. We keep only the records needed for those checks.

Account security

We protect the account with password checks, limited staff access and alerts for unusual logins. If something looks wrong, we may pause a request until we confirm it with you through a verified contact method.

Retention timing

We keep personal data for the period needed to manage the account, settle disputes, meet tax or legal duties, and defend against misuse. After that, we delete or anonymise it where the law allows.

Your requests

You can ask for access, correction, export or deletion through support. Tell us what you want changed, and we will review it against our legal duties and the identity checks needed to protect the account.

Privacy questions answered clearly

These answers cover the main privacy points you are likely to ask before opening an account or while your profile is active. If your question is about a special request, we may need to verify your identity and check what local law allows before we act. That keeps your records protected while still giving you a direct route for access, correction or deletion.

We collect the details you enter, such as name, contact fields, device signals, IP logs and account activity, so we can run the profile, detect misuse and answer support requests with the right record.

Yes. Cookies help remember login state, language choice and security settings, and they also reduce repeated checks while you move between pages. You can clear or block them in your browser, though some functions may reset.

Payment references are kept so we can match deposits or withdrawals, resolve mismatches, prevent fraud and answer questions from support. When a transfer is linked to your account, it stays with the profile only as long as needed.

Yes. You can ask for access, correction or deletion through support, and we will review the request after confirming it comes from you. If a record must stay for legal duties, we will explain that part clearly.

We keep personal details only for the period needed to manage the account, settle disputes, meet tax or recordkeeping duties, and defend against misuse. After that, we remove or anonymise them when the law allows it.

When local law limits access or eligibility, the service is available only where local law permits. If a request conflicts with a legal duty, we may decline part of it and tell you why.

Use the in-account help form, email from the address on your profile, or start a chat when it is available. Give us the request type and we will route it to the privacy team.
